A DIY Activity was organized by Nivaran Upcyclers on 12/4/24 at Sai Applewood Public School,Kalyanpur,Kanpur.The children were provided with all the material neede for the activity like pooja waste material,cardboard,fevicol,scissors and decorative laces.They were guided to make dreamcatchers from this waste material.Under the guidance of Dr Latika Mathur the students learned to reuse waste material and create something useful from it.
Our Coordinator Dr Devyani sharma ensured smooth runing of the event and coordinated with the school staff for the same.Our team of volunteers were very helpful in managing the students namely Saumya Rawat, Sanskriti Gupta, Akash Nanda, Vinayak Mishra,Anshika Malaviya were present.Altogether it was a team effort to spread awareness about recycling and upcycling activities amongst the young minds.
